Data handling

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Data read from Jira

  • Projects and project identifiers.
  • Issues, issue keys and summaries.
  • Statuses, priorities, issue types and labels.
  • Assignee and Jira account identifiers needed for planning.
  • Jira groups where needed for resource planning.
  • Worklog metadata needed for planned-versus-logged analysis.

Data stored by Cloud Scheduler

  • Resource structures and Cloud Scheduler groups.
  • Planning entries, planned dates and planned hours.
  • Resource assignments, notes, colors and visual metadata.
  • Application configuration and display settings.

External processing

Normal Jira Cloud app operation is designed around Atlassian Forge and Forge Storage. Website contact messages may be sent through Cloudflare Pages Functions and a configured email provider such as Resend; this does not process Jira app runtime data.

Retention and deletion

Application data is retained while the app remains installed and as needed for support. Deletion requests can be sent to support@cloudschedulerapp.com.
