Atlassian reviewer guide

This guide is intended to help Atlassian reviewers validate the app quickly.

Prerequisites

  • Jira Cloud test site.
  • One admin account.
  • One standard user account.
  • Sample project with sample issues.
  • Sample worklogs for Timesheet validation where possible.

Suggested 5-minute flow

  1. Install Cloud Scheduler on a Jira Cloud test site.
  2. Open Cloud Scheduler from Jira Apps.
  3. Review Resource groups and sample users.
  4. Create or review planned work in Schedule.
  5. Validate monthly visibility in Calendar.
  6. Validate roadmap visibility in Gantt.
  7. Validate planned-versus-logged behavior in Timesheet.
  8. Review planning health indicators in Pulse.

Expected validation checks

  • The app performs as described.
  • The Jira UI is not broken by installation.
  • The app does not request access to passwords or Atlassian sessions.
  • Security, privacy, support, data handling and EULA pages are public.
  • Scopes match the Marketplace listing and manifest.
