Install Cloud Scheduler

Cloud Scheduler is installed into a Jira Cloud site by a Jira administrator or an authorized Marketplace app administrator.

Installation steps

  1. Open the Atlassian Marketplace listing for Cloud Scheduler.
  2. Select the Jira Cloud site where the app should be installed.
  3. Review the requested scopes and confirm installation.
  4. Open Jira after installation.
  5. Go to a Jira project or board where planning should be tested.
  6. Use the app entry point, app menu or plus/add option available in the project context to open Cloud Scheduler.
  7. Create or review resource and planning data.

Post-install validation

  • Verify that Cloud Scheduler opens without breaking Jira navigation.
  • Verify that Resource can display or organize planning resources.
  • Verify that a planning entry can be associated with a Jira issue.
  • Verify that Calendar and Gantt reflect planned dates.
  • Verify that public docs/security/support links are reachable.
